The world, incorporated.

One AI-native network for founders, corporate service providers, and law firms — across 26 jurisdictions.

01 The architecture

Misolla aOS — the operating layer for corporate legal work.

Seven specialists and one orchestrator, grounded in your jurisdictions, your templates, your obligations — every answer cited, every action in the ledger.

01

One request, the right model.

A task-typed router sends each job to the model that does it best — Gemini Flash leads for chat, lookup, KYC and document analysis; Gemini Pro is the fallback; Claude Sonnet writes structured narrative; Claude Opus carries the reasoning-heavy work — reconciliation, screening, financial modeling. If a model is unhealthy, routing fails over automatically.

02

Seven specialists. One copilot.

Each agent is narrow and deep — it does one thing, cites its work, and hands off cleanly. The Copilot orchestrator routes intent to role to tool the way a partner delegates across a bench.

03

Every claim carries its source.

Answers are fused from two retrievals — pgvector semantic similarity and Postgres full-text search — merged by Reciprocal Rank Fusion. Every claim resolves to a [citation:N] token that points at the exact document chunk it came from.

pgvector semantic similarity · Postgres full-text search · fused by Reciprocal Rank Fusion — every [citation:N] resolves to its exact source chunk.

04

Two models argue. You decide.

For hard questions, models deliberate in rounds: one builds a structured IRAC argument, the other reviews it for strengths, weaknesses, missing considerations and confidence — then revises. Hallucinated citations get flagged, not shipped.

05

The work knows where it's filing.

Certified per-jurisdiction templates, registry adapters, and autopilot compliance runs — UK confirmation statements, US-DE annual reports, BVI and Cayman annual returns, Canadian federal returns — jurisdiction-aware end to end.

06

On the record, by default.

Every action lands in an append-only, hash-chained audit ledger — per-organization chains, tamper-evident: any after-the-fact edit breaks the chain. Regulator-ready evidence packs export an entity's full CDD file and decision trail on request.

Discover

Founders search the Partner Registry by jurisdiction and entity type, and see qualified partners with coverage, pricing, and verification badges.

02

Match by regime

The match is structural, not a referral: routing by regime expertise, with the partner's jurisdiction context fed straight to the AI advisor.

03

White-label

Every partner runs Misolla under their own brand — logo, colors, domain — on a multi-tenant workspace.

03 The founder path

From idea to incorporated — and banked.

A founder connects through Misolla's network to a trusted partner firm, incorporates, stays compliant forever, and opens a corporate bank account — without leaving one workspace.

  1. 1

    Open a founder workspace

The founder gets a self-owned workspace — a company profile, KYC vault, finance, and a personal AI advisor grounded in their matter.

  2. 2

    Connect to a trusted firm

Search the Partner Registry by jurisdiction; Misolla routes to a partner firm certified for the destination regime.

  3. 3

    Grant scoped access

The founder shares only what the engagement needs — a Matter as the connection point, audit visible back to the founder.

  4. 4

    Incorporate

Pick jurisdiction, draft the constitutional documents from certified templates, run KYC/UBO, gather signatures, file with the registry — guided end to end.

  5. 5

    Authorize the bank account

A board resolution authorizing a corporate bank account is drafted on incorporation — the first post-incorporation step.

  6. 6

    Open the corporate bank account

Misolla prepares the bank's checklist — certificate, resolution, signing officers, UBO file — and routes the founder to the banking pathway. The account links straight into the founder's finance ledger.

  7. 7

    Stay compliant — forever

Annual returns, confirmation statements, UBO refresh and renewals are tracked per jurisdiction and filed before they're due. Compliance never sleeps.
